Gymkhana ~ My little Cowgirls!!!

Even Daddy got involved!
Our horse, Bobbie, is starting to get and look old.....
She is so gentle with the girls.

The teenagers love our spunky horse, Annie.
They ran he all night long, taking turns going on rides.
Jon and Austin with their friends and cousin, Alex, Becca and Amanda.
Charlotte took First place with her time in racing barrels!
She was so proud! She even did it by herself!

Kalicia was so proud of her third place ribbon.

Caroline's 1st time running barrels in the 2 yr. olds' age group.
She played with her first ribbon and wasn't interested in posing for a picture.
She took 4th in her age group.

Charlotte and Kalicia even figured out how to get on Bobbie all by themselves. They would push her up against the fence, while Bobbie just looked back at them wondering what they were doing to her, then she would move sideways up against the fence. Then the girls would climb the fence and get on. I was so proud of them and was entertained watching them.

"We're the Pembers!"

Pember Family Campout It all ended in a huge traditional water fight.......
always instigated by Grandpa Pember!
This time he bought all the grandkids waterguns to join in on the chaos!
Aunt Jan came up to celebrate Winston's Birthday!
It was so fun to have all the Chapman's there!
Happy 29th Birthday Winston!

My silly little Kalicia......
This is such a funny story. The whole time she was going around finding sticks that looked like something; flag, gun, sword etc. One of the times she came up so proud, this time she found a hat too! We all laughed and she loved every minute of it, until someone finally told her it was cow poop. I never saw her throw something away so fast and disgusted!

HORSES

Trail Rides......
The kids loved the horses!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!
We love America!!!!!

Grandma Pember's
Traditional Patriotic Parade!

(Kalicia's wooden flag that she found and painted ~0ne of her many finds.)
THE SWING
(We can't have the campout without the swing!)
Charlotte and Kalicia
Messy, but fun art projects!

Loren, sang to his little girls everynight of the campout!
Oh, and they so loved it!
Messy......not my kids!
(They loved the dirt)

We had so much fun meeting and seeing all our cousins again!
(Even second cousins came, my kids loved it.)
(Loren and Anna Merrill, Charlotte and Edwin, Grandma and Grandpa Pember, David and Lucia Norris, Chapmans, Jessyka and Nate Boyd, Cheryl and Kids, Players, Amaron and Satya Merrill, Isaac and Laura Pember, Keith and Sierra Pember)

Even the big people, Austin, had fun on the swing!
Winston, making his famous cobbler with the kids.

Grandpa Pember is so much fun, taking kids on rides in his "mini-rail".

Auntie (Lucia) was so brave to bring baby Bradley, what a cutie!

Opening night!

ECLIPSE
The Twilight Series...
Jacob or Edward....hmmmm???
(If you've read the book, definitely Edward!)
We had a blast, about 20 girls went out for dinner and then to Eclipse together!
We had tickets ahead of time, so we didn't even have to wait in the long lines that wrapped around the whole Superstitions movie theatre. We just walked on in!
Great movie, the best one yet!! Satya, Melissa and I had an awesome time!
We even one some prizes during the raffle! (Satya almost won some cute jeans ~sad story)

Bradley Heleman,
what an adorable baby!
The girls were so thrilled to go and meet their new cousin!
They couldn't wait to go see Aunt Lucia and her new baby!
We even left camping early to get over to her house, they were so excited.
They were amazed at how tiny he was. They loved his toes.
Brooklyn is such a good big sister!
Congratulations Norris Family!!!

Gray Merrill Reunion at Big Lake

And we're off.....
Our kids call it the "Train".
We had so much fun!
We ended up haning out in the trailer some of the time because of the rain and hail,
but we sure had a fun time with Aunt Judy while stuck inside the trailer.
Charlotte and Kalicia loved showing off for her.
Amaron and Brodee shot a rabbit for dinner. Brodee was so proud of it!
Austin had fun helping them prepare it for dinner
and eating it!
We had some exciting adventures in our Ranger. We just had Uncle Amaron add new seats to the back and extra roll bars. He did some excellent work. The back seat is so comfortable even with all the jumps and bumping around, the girls were rocked to sleep.

Charlotte got to try out her new quad up in the mountains. She actually did really well. She understands how the gas and the steering works.
She is still working on understanding the brakes!!!!
She loved going fast!
(I just sat on the back for safety, to be the brakes.)
Grandma Merrill made the campout so special. She took pictures of all the families, put some geneology together for us to learn about our ancestors. Then she wrote a special letter to each one of her grandchildren, what a treasure those letters will be.
The girls put on a cute little dance performance with Aunt Rachell as the director.
They said to give us a Diva pose, so Charlotte went all out!
They loved the dancing to Hanna Montana!
Jon was such a fun big brother while camping!
He was constantly playing with the kids!
Caroline sure loved the mud,
but I think her favorite part ended up being the bath in the Kitchen sink.

We had so much fun being with all our cousins!!!!!

Happy Birthday Aunt Rachelle!!!
