Happy 6th Birthday Charlotte!!!!!

The traditional ......breakfast with a candle
(english muffin and jelly)
She was so excited!!!!

For the last few months, Charlotte has been telling me she wants a "Spongebob~Kitty Cat Cake"
(what and why? so I put a statue of a kitty on the corner and she loved it!)
She is my little princess girl and still loves princesses, but since she has gone to kindergarten, she has this new fascination with Spongebob.
She took her time and blew out one candle at a time.....

And she loved her new helmet for her new motorized "wheelchair."

......Her new motorized "wheelchair" with her new purple crutches on the back. Doctors keep suggesting we get her an electric wheelchair for when she is outside and in places that it's hard to use her walker.......she refuses to have a wheelchair and I don't blaim her! She loves her new ride though and now she can ride out to the barn, feed the horses and collect the eggs all by herself!!!!
Charlotte got to invite one friend to her birthday dinner, her best friend, AJ, in her kindergaten class. We made personal pizzas and she had a blast!!

Charlotte knew I was making her cake during rest time, she is getting too smart for me, no more sneaking around very easily. She asked if she could lick the batter and icing, how do I tell the birthday girl no! So I let her, she just didn't get to see the cake.

Her friend, Alex, and Kalicia helped!

Chuck E. Cheese ~Does it get better than that! We had time and birthdays to celebrate in between the wedding celebration....So Sharon and I took our Kiddos to have some fun!
Happy 1st birthday Olivia and Happy 6th birthday Charlotte!!!

Waiting for the couple to arrive.........

Mom and daughters

Grandma Burgoyne and Great Grand daughters, they adore her!

Uncle Sparky (Keith) and Sierra
The Beautiful couple
~Mr. and Mrs. Pember

Congratulations!!!!!

Celebrations!! ....the old and the young!!!

We had a fun time at Sierra Hensley's Bridal Shower, my brother's bride to be!
(Kalicia was so excited to go with me. I picked her up at her dance class and got right over to the party!)

Oh, No!!!!! It's Mom's birthday again and she turned 31 years old!!!!
Wasn't as hard to turn 31 as turning 30 though.
I had a very fun birthday and Loren got me these amazingly cool boots! I was so impressed, he has good taste!!! He celebrated my birthday in the morning before he went to work and made me my favorite "Loren's Omelets"!

We even had cake for breakfast, the girls thougt that was the greatest!!!!

Valentine's Weekend......

It was a very busy weekend filled with cousins, baptisms, surgery, therapy, heart cookies, sleepovers etc.......
Lots of Love........

Caroline sure is coming along. We are so excited!

She got a hold of a marker, drew all over her hands, table, face and clothes!
Look how excited she is, how could I be upset when she is developing and doing the things an "almost 2 yr. old" is supposed to be doing!!!! Yea!!!!

She was supposed to be sleeping. I peeked in on her and she had gotten into sitting position all by herself. Now I can't get her to do it again, but now I know she can!!!!

Halee and Cade were baptized, what a special day. Thanks for being good examples to the younger cousins!!!!

Charlotte had eye surgery. It was tough for her, but it's helping her and she is doing great.
Eye is still swollen.
Daddy and Kalicia got her a balloon for her surgery, that made her so happy!

Charlotte goes to St. Josephs hospital once a month for therapies. These are some of the things she gets to do to help her build her core muscles and gain balance.
We need to put one of these in the basement!!

Slumber party at the cousins!!!
Thanks Aunt Satya for letting us stay at your house!

We even got to meet up with Aunt Nat (Natalie, Mom's friend from College)
while she was here visiting from Utah.

After the fun Slumber party and falling asleep to Hanna Montana......
WE WOKE UP TO BIG COOKIES!!!!!!!

It was getting too messy to eat the "traditional" heart cookies in the house, so outside we went!

I have to tell Grandma Merrill, thank you so much for the white cloth. I don't know if this is what you are supposed to use it for, but I put flour on it and made sugar cookies right on it. The mess was easy to clean up, but my favorite part was that I could pick up the cookies without the giant cookies sticking to the counter and falling apart!!! I had fun making cookies this year instead of stressing out over it.

All this excitement in only three days, Plus a birthday party for Grandpa Merrill!

Happy Birthday Grandpa! We love you!!!

The exciting happenings of our New Year........

Jon got his Driver's License, so watch out world!
Actually we have been really impressed with his driving, he listens very well to instructions and tries really hard to please. He is extremely smart and an awesome kid with a lot of talent! I am thrilled to have an errand runner and he can't wait to run the errands!!!!

We have really enjoyed the snow and all the fun that comes with it!
Ellen came to visit, we sure enjoyed her company.
My kids think she's so much fun!!!

Charlotte loves riding our horse, Bobbie, with her mom. She actually rides really well by herself too. She has been riding since she was 2 years old. She does a lot of horse therapy, that has actually helped her to get as far as she is. She will be walking soon! Tomorrow we get to go get her new purple walking crutches! She can't wait! We all can't wait!!!!!

We had a lot of mud and snow, so we went mud bogging in our Polaris Ranger! Snow and mud flipped around everyhwere! Brodies were fun too, sliding in the snow! Loren is getting braver and more dare devilish the older he gets and I am getting wimpier. I think that has something to do with being a mom and knowing I have kids at home that need me to take care of them after my adventurous moments! I still love getting my thrills!!!!!

Growing up......
Kalicia can actually empty the whole dishwasher all by herself and she loves doing it.
Gotta take advantage of that while I can!
She is so proud of it and loves to announce to me when she is going to go do her chores.

My one year old, Caroline, is growing up too! Since her eye surgery that straitened her eyes out and helped her balance, she is taking off. She is finally standing up to furniture! YEA!!!

We love spending time with our cousins!
Cousins are the BEST!!!!!
