Fall Fun!!!!!
Going to Ball Games!
(Brodee all the way on the left and Gunner Gornik all the way on the right side)

Charlotte and Kalicia can't wait for Little League again!

(Aunt Satya, coaching Brodee)
Even the boys are enjoying the playhouse.....clubhouse......
(or whatever you want to call it!)
Notice: Austin already asleep under sleeping bag. He loves to sleep, usually asleep by 8:30 every night.

Every Fall we go to the ..........
~~PUMPKIN PATCH~~
Daddy came with us and so did Mom and Grandma's "Activity Day Girls."

Our cousins came too!
The Chapmans played at our house for a whole week!
The kids had a blast!
Caroline loved having her very own pumpkin,
......And remember the cement truck that backed onto our grass to poor cement on our porch, well it sunk! (Twice) Our cousin, Welcome, standing in the tread marks.
I spent the next day cutting out the grass around the roots carefully with my kitchen bread knife, rolled it up and then put dirt in the ruts. Then I rolled the grass back over the top.

That project took all day and wore me out. I wasn't prepared for it to be an all day job. It was supposed to be quick!!!!
We went and had a BBQ in the desert for Uncle David's Birthday.
It was so fun getting together with all the cousins!
Down to the valley for more doctor apptointments. This one is actually pretty fun at St. Joseph's Hospital. This was the same day that Charlotte was diagnosed with Scholiosis.
Home Coming Week
Austin on the Junior float.
Jon on his Homecoming date with Nikki Baldwin.

And then the fun mall shopping!
Who knew boys loved to shop!? I thought it was a girl thing!!!
But, we had a blast!

Birthday week! What fun!!!!
Happy Birthday Grandpa Pember ~55 yrs. old!
(Happy birthday to Jade, Aunt Natalie, and Uncle David too!)
Happy Birthday Sister Packer ~90 yrs. old!
We celebrated birthdays at Dairy Queen this year!
These two just enjoyed all the partying!
Just a few days before that Dairy Queen trip, Grandma and Grandpa Pember took Kalicia out on her own Dairy Queen trip since they were going to miss her birthday. She was so excited to go out on the town, on a date without mom. She was acting very grown up telling me, "Mom, I love you. I will be back soon. I am going out." She dolled herself up put her own flower in her hair and waited at the door for about 30 minutes, watching for them.

Our Birthday Girl, KALICIA! ~5 yrs. Old~
She had such a fun birthday with all her friends and cousins!
Inside the three story play house.....
Dinner on the front porch of their dream playhouse.......
Kalicia's favorite birthday gift, her guitar!
She says, "Just like her dad!"
She can't wait to play guitar with her daddy!
She got to open her presents first thing in the morning!
One of her gifts was starting piano lessons and she loves it!
We had a picnic at the park with her cousins in the valley!
Anthony was such a big help with the kids!

Tradition has been to make our own pinatas, this one didn't last very long.

Kalicia loved instructing her cousin, Aaron, how it's done.
Aunt Rachelle always makes being together fun!
She played Red Rover with all the kids.
Playing on the playground was a favorite.
We love Great Aunt Judy!
Kalicia knows she is a princess!
What a memory!
Loren (Daddy) pulled late night hours to get this play house
done in time for her birthday party.
It was supposed to be a two story play house, but turned into a 3 story!
Dad got the cement poored in the middle of the night and we got this great idea to have them write their names in the cement.............
So we had to wake them up, wondering if it would cause crying and caos, but willing to chance it.
Oh, they loved it!
I think they thought we were crazy getting them up in the night in their pjs and taking them out to play in the cement, but they will always remember it. They were laughing. It turned out to be a fun time! Even the boys ran out to be a part of it, carving their names and smiley faces. But, they got away before picture taking. They wimped out because of the cold!
Can't forget the other projects that went on, during all this, trying to beat the winter!
Pooring cement on the front porch to raise it up. We hired Troy and Delvern Merrill, our cousins. They did a nice job. They even dyed and stamped it! It turned out beautiful!
And getting the green house built up around our citrus trees. That will be such a nice add on to our house in the winter! All this remodeling has been crazy, but exciting!

Our little "Kika" is turning
5 yrs. old!
Charlotte and Caroline back in for more procedures at the Hospital.
They got tubes in their ears and adenoids removed.
The anesthesia and IV is always the hardest part. Oh and can't forget when they get wheeled away in the bed and through the surgical double doors. I just want to follow after them to make sure they are ok. The worst is when they are crying for me to stay with them.
This will make a great difference in their speech and balance!
Can't wait!
They are such troopers!
Tonight we got to go to the Fall Concert.
Austin loves singing in the choir and is very talented.
Grandma Pember and Jon came along with me.
We had a nice time and ended the evening with huge root beer floats.
My big girls get their ears pierced when they turn 5!
(We are a little early, but we gotta take advantage when we go to the big city!)
Kalicia was laughing and crying at the same time when her ears were pierced.

The busy and fun Weekend!
It ended with Charlotte coloring pictures of the prophet.
She loves anything that has to do with writing.
She spent all of General Conference in this little desk working on her Conference Packet.
(Luckily we didn't have church the next day, so she didn't have to wash her pretty make up off her face or her Tinkerbell tatoo.)

We got to have family over for General Conference, that always makes it so fun!
Charlotte and Kalicia are leading the music.
GYMKHANA
All the cousins came to watch the girls run the barrels with the horses!
It was so fun to have them there!
Caroline took second in her age group, 2 year olds.
The girls got to go to a fun birthday party too!
FACE PAINTING
(And Charlotte was the only girl without pink on her face. Her favorite colors are green and black.)
